Admissions

All Graduate School students must utilize the Graduate Student Portal in MyUW to add, change, or discontinue any doctoral minor. To apply to this minor, log in to MyUW, click on Graduate Student Portal, and then click on Add/Change Programs. Select the information for the doctoral minor for which you are applying.

Requirements

To earn a doctoral minor, students must complete 10 credits of graduate-level coursework, including at least 6 credits numbered 800 and above. No more than 4 of the 10 credits may be transfer credits. Any transfer credits from master's-level course work must have been completed within five years of admission to the PhD program.
