The Summer Intensive Portuguese Institute (SIPI) is a special eight-week course designed for people wishing to study beginning Brazilian Portuguese intensively. Students should have at least two to three years of experience in Spanish or another Romance language.

SIPI is one of the Wisconsin Intensive Summer Language Institutes (WISLI).
